		<description><![CDATA[This is a good story Befekadu, we hope all countries reach the target, it is good to focus on Most At Risk People because here in Uganda they are the reasons why HIV Keeps on increasing because they are not considered and left out especially the MSMs, Sex Workers. if governments focus on them then the issue of HIV will be History.

Other wise am impressed with the article, thanks for research done in writing it.]]></description>
